Oxfam works in the Americas with small-scale food producers, in particular, women, to increase access to secure and sustainable sources of food and to improve their capacity to influence decision-makers. Support is also provided to women’s organizations for their work on violence against women, in both public and private spheres, and for their work to improve women’s working conditions.
