Oxfam ambassador and Bollywood film star Rahul Bose have been traveling around Toronto and Vancouver, speakingabout the most pressing environmental issue of our time. India is already feeling the impacts of climate change - what can Canadians do to change the weak government position on climate change?

How can we move from environmental laggard to environmental leader?

Dubbed the `Sean Penn of Asian cinema` for his social activism and his preference for Indian art-house films, Bose is a former rugby player whose movies were the subject of retrospective at the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival.Christina Ora

He will be accompanied by Christina Ora, a 17-year-old woman from the Solomon Islands, who will speak about the personal toll climate change has taken on her family and her island home. Ora is a powerful and award-winning speaker; her story is both intense and poignant.
