October 16, 2012 marks the 31st anniversary of World Food Day, an international day of action on global food issues. Around the world people are taking this opportunity to celebrate food and the people who produce it, as well as put the spotlight on the inequities of our food system.

We will then hear from a food-wise panel about issues that affect our food supply and learn how we can all work together to fix the food system.

A powerful group of food issue specialists along with Oxfam Canada’s Executive Director, Robert Fox, will participate in a panel session exploring issues, both local and global, that influence our food supply.
