Hunger Banquets are a part of Oxfam Canada’s Hungry4Change program which combines experiential education on food and gender justice with an opportunity to fundraise to support Oxfam’s work. These evening-long events are a great opportunity to invite your family and friends to learn more about Oxfam’s work and their focus on women and food.
OxfamUO and the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa (SFUO)’s Food Bank present "Hunger Banquet". Come to Sandy Hill Community Centre (250 Somerset East, Ottawa, ON) at 7 pm on Friday March 23rd for a night of spoken word, dinner, insightful thought and musical entertainment. The event will also incorporate speakers, including Mark Fried, Oxfam Canada's Policy Coordinator, as well as musical entertainment.

All proceeds from the event will go to Oxfam Canada and the Ottawa Food Bank.
