Board Communiques
The Board of Directors meets two or three times a year, and by teleconference as required. Following each Board meeting, a communiqué outlining any decisions made, plans set in place, or effects on the membership is written and distributed.

In accordance with Oxfam Canada’s Rules and Procedures, any member may observe, but not vote at, a meeting of the Board. Any Member may speak at a Board meeting with the permission of the Chair. Read the Rules and Procedures.
