Nikko Snyder, Regina, Saskatchewan

Nikko Snyder is a female food hero because after completing her Masters in Environmental Studies and apprenticing in sustainable farming in B.C. she returned to Saskatchewan to grow sustainable food and provide garden support for households and communities. She has spent the past 5 years growing and sharing her knowledge through writing and community service.
